 The “Oak”(“Stejarul”) from Rasnov is renowned as a good place to stay, with extraordinary food, especially meat specialties, and the tourist potential of Rasnoava area is an overwhelming ace.
Extremely good looking and imposing from the outside, the pension has 7 large rooms, decorated and well fit out, plus a small amount of inventiveness of the owners.The pension’s restaurant has a large surface, able to accommodate at least 50 guests. Placed right on the side of the road, the restaurant is an appreciated place by the travellers from Rasnoava Canyon, but also from Rasnov.
Events, banquets, weddings, anniversaries or other group parties, they will all bring you the satisfaction of a great organization and a rich menu. The specialities that conquered us – baked calves and beef steak – we recommend them with other dishes of the area: cheese, smoked meat, sour soups etc.
