Tephra – a sophisticated bar-lounge-club in the minutest accessories. I love the effect that it has on me. The name is of geological origin and comes from the beneficial layer deposited after the eruption of the volcanoes. The huge explosion of energy, light and sound triggers the emergence of a dust which produces a much more fertile soil.
.jpg) The Tephra club came into being with the male-female duality in mind. Interesting to admire and study. This effect is expressed through colours (the play between the masculine black, the white of femininity and violet – the symbol of luxury), fusion spaces, delicate materials and textures.
Where can you find Tephra?
The location is on 14, Domnita Anastasia Street (adjacent to Victory Road), crossroad with Brezoianu Street, in the former headquarters of Tarom Agency, on a 200 square meters area downstairs and 980 square meters upstairs. First of all the ground floor will go into service.
Concept. Volume, greatness and opulence.
In the middle of the area there is a fusion bar carefully delimited, conceived after martini & fusion bar, a concept brought from US. The space facilitates socialization; the discussions can take place even if you are surrounded by loud music. Starting with the very hour of the morning coffee (8 o’clock) Tephra vibrates.
The Business Lunch and Downtown Meeting Point area is being activated. After dark, the club shows all its best cards to advantage: from lighting effects, finishes, a trendy sound equipment, to hostesses who take care of the lounge-club area.
Clubbing fever – exclusive finishes
Glamour, brightness, baroque style furniture. All of them materialized out of the most exclusive design magazines in Tephra space. The patinated coloured furniture has an embroidered tapestry, decorated with Swarovski crystals. It is a glamorous experience in all its aspects.
Among other attractions bearing Tephra signature: the bar’s water wall with every drop of water individually lighted up. Ceiling, floor, walls…everything is scrupulously decked with lights. The floor is the very picture of a podium with routes of illuminated engraved glass. And the mosaic lists with Iridium shine are another exclusive note.
Morning coffee. “Morning Coffee” or it’s time for the day to begin!
Offer your senses a special cup of coffee - a moment of silence, which marks the beginning of a successful day. Choose from the most rigorously selected coffee assortments with fruit shades and exotic flavours.
Exclusive. Super Premium products and services
At Tephra and only at Tephra Club you can find: over twenty year old brandies, coffee that you will never relish in Romania (Bristot coffee: for connoisseurs the Tiziano stock). If you are planning a high-class event, “The King’s and Queen’s Table”, decked with Swarovski crystals, will make the party unique.
The events are paid a special attention, therefore each week a thematic party is being organized, with guests from the entire show business world.
What can you hear and taste at Tephra?
Ambient, chill-out and jazz by day, the clubbing music has introspections in old music as well. Hand-made drinks and original mixtures according to the customer’s likings are also being made.
