Dependency on the 80’s
A shelter and a generic meeting spot in the area of Gradina Icoanei, the “La 80” bar was the result of several ideas of a place where you could socialize in a pleasant, customized environment, where creativity would be found both in its design and menus.As a matter of fact, at La 80 you can eat customized dishes and original menus(when there aren’t too many customers).
The idea of style is also found in the elements that bring the bar to life: the juke-box is clearly one of the pub’s attractions, but also the photography room, the furniture, the billboards and the decoration.
The name of the pub – La 80(At the 80) – came from the number of the street - Jean Louis Calderon no. 80 – but later brought together everything related to the 80’s: from music, customers(born in that period or those who are akin to the icons of the 80’s), ideas, movies, stars, amazement, to the brightness and outrages of the epoch.
On special events, launches, the bar is redecorated according to the promoted brands or the pulse that needs to be induced.Moreover, La 80 has made many customers due to its renown for organising events and for having a warm atmosphere.Later on, there is a plan to open the attic for shows, so that La 80 will become a more cultural pub.
