How can you relax after the madness of a rabid day, where can you go out for a chat or for a portion of refreshing exotic-sourish mixes, or, depending on the situation, for a tea brought from distant places? Anytime you feel the need of an evening with delicate drinks in a pleasant atmosphere, we recommend you “Flavour Cafe”.
Strategically placed in Dorobanti area (no. 9, Tudor Stefan Street), Flavour Café has been present on the cafés market since October 2008, reuniting under the same umbrella the most beloved flavours and savours. The name refers to the multitude of extremely pleasant tastes which can be found in the menu. The offer and the combinations that can be made are almost endless.
For Tony and his daughter, the owners of the pub and those who make sure that everything is alright, Flavour is an adopted place and a café with appetizing concoctions which you cannot find easily in other places. Tony, an Italian settled down in Romania for several years, knows best the alchemy of superior drinks, refined and differentiated for various types of consumers.
The café challenges you to enjoy yourself.
Here we refer to original recipes of cocktails, Flavour cream Frappe (with expresso, milk, cream, vanilla ice-cream, brandy, amaretto, crushed ice) or Baccio Di Donna cake – with forest fruits, just to mention some of the recommendations.
There are 4 menus at Flavour: a main one divided into stiff chapters (salads, sandwiches, dessert, coffee, tea and chocolate, frappe, milkshake, bear, non-alcoholic cocktails, long drinks, alcohol cocktails, champagne and wines) plus 3 niche menus:
- All flavours coffee which reunites all the possible flavours, every type of coffee with the afferent story.
- Menu with 10 types of smoothies suggestively named “portions”: the lovers’ portion, the innocence, the sensual, temptation, beauty, mystery, and so on. It makes your mouth water and has a good graphical presentation.
- Menu exclusively dedicated to tea of all kinds of flavours, with names and combinations one more attractive than the other – infusions of fruits (fantasia, samba, clafoutis, feu de cheminee).
The menu decked with red ribbon, the standard lamps and the atmosphere make you realize that you will not fail if you choose a romantic evening at Flavour Café. The comfortable armchairs relax you and the chromatics – brown and cream – soothes your eyes. The lips receive flavours and the ears oldies and dance music.
As the human resources are a key-point for a café, the Flavour Café staff is discreet, and fast, offering details in English or Italian as well.
If you like smoothies, you found here a place of delight with the most sparkling and energizing drinks of fresh mango, pineapple, kiwi, bananas, strawberries, etc. A simple genuine pleasure.
