Romanian, innovative, elegant, with foods not only good but special... Norma is the former restaurant Maron.
It is opened since 2006, in a location combining wood and stone, with plenty of space and large windows.
After I admired the decor, we were stuck on the menu. It is vast, overwhelming and poetry-infused, monopolizing you. Such a vast and delicious menu subjugates you, not to add that I heard about the efforts made to be supplied with all the necessary ingredients.
Norma has another important trump: the waiters are schooled to recommend you  the appropriate wine for the food. This “sommelier” training points out the high quality standards of the services. It is a real pleasure to take some elevated advices on wine. One thing is sure: the wines are very important at Norma, being served the best local wines as well as from France, Portugal and Italy.
The traffic during the day transforms Norma in one of the most important and reliable home supplier. Order on-line and eat laid back.
What about the atmosphere? It is friendly and pleasant. The most valued are the sea fruits, pasta and meat dishes, and the menu continuously evolves so that every visit you make you will find new dishes.
